Yes, with both gas log fireplaces and wood fireplace heaters we recommend qualified plumbers and licensed solid fuel heater installers to install your heater.

6. How soon can we collect our gas or wood fireplace once purchased?

Fireplaces can generally be collected within the first two days of purchase but may take longer depending on the brand and the availability of the stock.

7. How soon can our gas or wood fireplace be installed?

Your fireplace can normally be installed within a week following purchase.

8. Are fireplace quotes available?

Yes, we are happy to come out and inspect your chimney or advise you on the location and placement of your gas or wood fireplace.

9. Do any of your gas fireplace heaters come with remote control systems?

Yes, most of our gas heaters have an optional extra for a remote control.
